She walked me through the whole process, step by step and piece by piece. My mother lived in KY at the time she passed away. I currently live in MI and my sister in CA. I can not imagine going through the process of selling my mom's house without Shelley. She not only guided and educated me on what to do, but took an active interest in me as a person. It was a very difficult time, and there were moments when she almost seemed like a life coach, not just a realtor. I was initially experiencing great trepidation at the road that was ahead of me. She remained in contact with us, and when we were finally able to start the process, was right there with us. Shelley has an excellent team and offered services we were not expecting. They first came in and reviewed the entire house, showing us areas that could be improved for photo and showing purposes. Next came a team to remove the items we wanted discarded or donated. Then her packer arrived to help us move the "must move" items to the basement, and finally her Photographer came and took amazing pictures that showed our home in the best light. The house was listed on a Tuesday afternoon - it sold the following Thursday evening for an excellent price. We could not be happier with the services we received from Shelley and her excellent team.
