ZillowVERIFIEDShelley did an outstanding job of selling my property after extensive renovations were needed due to damage, she helped monitor and kept me appraised as I was not in the area to be able to oversea myself. Shelley then managed to sell before actually hitting the market as she already had buyers lined up.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley did an outstanding job finding us a house in Fairbanks while we were living in Palmer. When we were going to be in Fairbanks for a day or two, she lined up several houses for us to look at until we found the one we wanted.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley helped me find the perfect place. Long distance process from start to finish. Being military during COVID left me few options when planning to buy. I put a lot of trust in Shelley and she delivered! Definitely recommend her to find the right house in the right area.!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley was very professional in all of her interactions and communications. She presented my home well through the photos and the written description. A buyer was secured very quickly and she explained the process very well. She was a good communicator with both myself and the buyer's agent. My home sold on time for the full asking price. Hiring Shelley was a win-win for me. I have recommended Shelley to others since having my positive experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley Munoz was the realtor we used when we sold our house in Fairbanks, Alaska in June of 2016. Shelley always returned my call quickly and could answer any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable about the Fairbanks area and housing in and around Fairbanks. With her help, our sale went very smoothly and we closed faster then we had anticipated. I would recommend Shelley Munoz to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in or around the Fairbanks, AK. area. She's honest, professional and looking to do what is best for each individual client.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley was absolutely amazing :) She was the perfect balance of professionalism yet down to earth. She made everything go incredibly smooth and took all the worry and stress out of buying a home. By the end of our buying process the seller was more interested in working with her than their own Realtor, because of how helpful she was. She went above and beyond what I expected of a Realtor and always made me feel as if our priorities were first :) I highly recommend Shelley to any one looking to buy or sell a home. Wonderful Realtor and a wonderful person.

ZillowVERIFIED She used her knowledge and experience to guide my wife and I to make a decision on a home even when we became overwhelmed looking at homes. When we did find a home she kept us inform of the process even when we had to extend the closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley was recommend to me through a friend. I am really glad we decided to use her. The first time I called her, I left a message and with in 15 minutes she had returned my call. The next day we were looking at homes! I was a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions about the process. Shelley was incredibly helpful and patient answering all of our questions and providing us with a plethora of North Pole market information so we could make the right decision as to which home was right for us. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley was extremely helpful in getting my house on the market quickly, including photos. I signed the papers on Thursday and had an offer by the end of the following week. She also handled the purchase of my current home in a very professional manner in the negotiations process. I highly recommend her as an agent.
