With more than 25 years of real estate experience, I serve buyers and sellers throughout Tallahassee, Thomasville, South Georgia, and the Florida-Georgia region. As Broker/Owner of Red Bird Realty Florida and Red Bird Realty of Georgia, I provide knowledgeable, personalized representation for buyers and sellers of homes, luxury properties, distinctive properties, acreage, land, estates, and lifestyle real estate.

I work with clients at every stage of the real estate journey, from first-time and move-up buyers to sellers, relocations, investors, landowners, and those marketing distinctive or high-value properties.

I also assist families, personal representatives, trustees, attorneys, and heirs with real estate needs involving probate, inherited property, estate sales, downsizing, and other life transitions. These transactions often require discretion, organization, and coordination with a client's professional advisers.

I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist(TM) and Seniors Real Estate SpecialistA(R). My approach combines market knowledge, strategic pricing, professional property marketing, skilled negotiation, clear communication, and attentive service from the initial consultation through closing.

Red Bird Realty's property portfolio has received regional, national, and international media attention through strategic public relations and property marketing. Whether you are buying, selling, relocating, purchasing land, marketing a home or estate, or navigating an estate-related sale, I provide experienced, hands-on representation tailored to your individual goals.
