ReviewWhere to begin, Shelley helped us through the entire process of buying our first home. She was really knowledgeable about the area, price and what to expect. We felt at ease because every time we had a question she always had the answer. Will always reply to our questions right away and always had patience. If we ever decide to buy a second home in MS will definitely contact her again. 5/5 recommended!!!

She was amazing. Mrs. Brown took the time to explain each step in the process. She was euthanistic, knowledgeable of the area and professionally prepared to take the home to market. We received an offer within a day and closed very quickly. If you are looking to buy or sell, Shelley is your go to person in this area. We are very hard to please, and Shelley made it look easy.

Review Our family had the mentality that we would never settle for less than the absolute best as we searched for our first home. We had a clear vision so we only made one offer - ONE only! - when we found THE ONE. Shelley landed us the winning bid on a very sought-after property for a steal of a price. In the housing market of 2022 youre lucky to buy a shack without breaking the bank. In the three months we were looking, this was without a doubt the most gorgeous home that had been listed and we knew another one like it was not coming anytime soon. Right in the heart of Petal too! With a huge backyard. Shelley advocated for us and landed us this gem. I still cant believe we actually live in such a beautiful, unique home. Im flabbergasted every morning I wake up. Shelley was kind, honest, professional, on time, and an expert on spotting sneaky repairs. Will be using her as long as she continues to work in this field!

Review I cannot say enough good things about Shelley Brown! After moving to Hattiesburg 5 years ago, I had an awful experience when buying my current home with another realtor in town who didn?t advocate for me. However, Shelley was practically perfect in every way. She advocated very well for me, negotiated with the other party until I was satisfied, and never pressured me to buy anything that didn?t feel right. She is kind, super business savvy, very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and is always willing to help. Plus, she has a very vivacious personality to boot! Trust Shelley Brown with all of your buying and selling needs!

Review We cant say enough about this wonderful lady. She was so helpful in finding our new home in Mississippi. She was very patient with a couple of seniors who were quite picky about what style of living we had in mind. Throughout our search she never gave up on us and was a great help during the actual purchase. Shes a hard worker and really does know the real estate business. If we could give more than 5 stars we would.

Review Ive worked with over 10 realtors in 35+ years of purchasing homes. Shelley is BY FAR the best. Her professionalism, urgency, consistency, and follow through in this transaction were FAR beyond my expectations. Not only did Shelley respond to my requests quickly, it was typically within the hour. She even answered questions and requests on weekends. I would recommend her to anyone buying in the Hattiesburg area. SUPER JOB Shelley!
