ZillowVERIFIED Shelley was very supportive and available throughout this process. Her experience in the industry was very apparent. She was able to deal with a stressed out buyer and at the same time effectively communicate with a stressed out sellers agent. She was very adaptive to new request that were last minute asked for. I will most certainly use Shelley with any other properties that I plan to purchase in the future. If you are new as a real estate investor Shelley has demonstrated the ability to walk you through the process of purchasing your first property.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley is awesome!!! I was looking between investors and traditional sales for my property with a preference for investors. I explained this to Shelley. She still took her time and explained to me her job as my potential agent, and how her company could help me sell at a good price and fast. She was really genuine; she never tried to push me into traditional sales but just did her job professionally. A few weeks after the investors showed their real faces (I wasn't really aware of the deceptive practice investors use to entice sellers), I contacted Shelley again. Just two days after the house was ready, my listing was online. Shelley and her company did everything to sell my property quickly. It took me just 19 days, in the midst of rising mortgage interest and market correction, to sell my property. Thank you again Shelley for going above and beyond to make this happen. I can't say it all here, but I'm really grateful for the extra help I received in the process of closing this sale.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our 2nd time using Shelley Broussard for a real estate transaction. Ironically, we contracted her to sell the home that she assisted us in purchasing 3 years ago. Once our decision was made to sell, there was no doubt who our realtor would be. Shelley is knowledgeable, courteous, and always made us feel like we were her only clients, even though she must've had many other accounts she was handling at the same time. If we ever need any other real estate needs, we will call Shelley for sure. Additionally, she is the only agent we will recommend if asked!

ZillowVERIFIED I am very glad to have chosen Shelley to sell my home. She was easy to work with. She was clear in explaining the whole procedure. She made sure I understood everything. She is very familiar with the area which was important to me. The pictures for my home came out fantastic. She was able to list my home sooner than I had expected (which was great) and within 3 days I already had accepted an offer. When I did get offers for my home she reviewed all of them and explained each offer to me. She explained everything in a way that made sense. I also really like that she works with a team that are well experienced and also knowledgeable. Other members of her team were involved with my listing which helped make the whole process go very smoothly. I have no complaints. I will be recommending her to anyone looking for a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley helped us buying our first home, and again later selling it and buying our second home concurrently She always hustles and communicates well and fast In the selling of our home, the potential buyers agent was a constant headache and played a lot of games, but Shelley was pragmatic and professional in her approach and helped get the deal across the finishline despite the headwinds from the other agent(s) Thanks Shelley!

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley helped us when we moved to Texas from Nashville, TN in 2019 and had to find a home over a weekend trip! We had such a great buying experience with her that when my husband got promoted just 18 months later and we had to move from Pearland, TX closer to the Beaumont area we knew we had to call Shelley! She was able to help with both the sale of the home she had helped us find and the purchase of our new home. Even after the deal is done, Shelley keeps in touch with her sellers/buyers. I would not hesitate to recommend her to ANYONE with any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley "inherited" a poorly managed listing for us and was the 3rd agent we worked with to finally get our home sold. Home was in great condition and nothing was wrong with it, but was not priced correctly by the first agent, which sent us spiraling in the direction of lots of showings but no offers. She really drilled down into the pricing and positioning of the house and didn't wait too long before making an adjustment or trying something new to get it sold! We really appreciated her direct communication style and that we felt like a priority, especially after all the hoops we had to jump through during our long process on the market. I wish we would have known about and worked with her sooner - it may have really made a difference for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Shelley made the stressful experience of selling a house very easy and simple process for us. I have sold a few houses in the past and it was always stressful and something I dreaded but Shelley and every one at Christy Buck made it so easy and a lot less stressful to sell my house. In the future I will only use Shelley and The Christy Buck team. With the professional team of people working to sell my house, it was under contract in 3 days and most houses in my area that was for sale has been on the market for much much longer.
