ZillowVERIFIED We loved her! Sheli is responsive and easy to work with. She made our process of buying a house smooth and easy through a very stressful time. Sheli was there every time we met with someone and helped to advise us of what option would be in our best interest. Sheli possesses a great deal of knowledge as well. She was able to answer almost any question we might have had. Sheli also was a great deal of help after we closed on our house.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the final house we sold before moving to Wyoming. We really could not have asked for a better realtor. Sheli is AWESOME. We had a very tight window of time to sell and move. Not only did Sheli manage this, but the house sold within an hour for over asking. She was there every single step of the way, even if it was 10pm we still got responses. There was a ton of moving parts to our transaction and we feel blessed that Sheli came into our lives to handle it all for us. We can not recommend her enough. She will not disappoint.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheli did an incredible job on the sell of my home. With such significant changes in the market place she had to go above and beyond to make sure that everything was completed properly. She ensured there were no issues with the sell. She goes out of her way to keep the client informed on every detail as to not leave them wondering how things are going throughout the process. She did an excellent job with the marketing, open houses, and showings to ensure that all potential clients would see the home and all information would be passed on. I am very impressed with the knowledge and hard work that Sheli provided. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling or purchasing a home. She works very hard to provide the best opportunity for her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheli,She did a wonderful job on every part that had to do with the purchase of my new home. As person who has been involved with the sale and or purchase of at least 100 homes throughout my life. I was impressed with Sheli's willingness to do whatever it took to make sure she found and put me a home that met all my expectation and beyond. She was not pushy and was more concerned that I was competently satisfied before she would allow me to purchase my home. She stayed involved throughout the closing process. Being present at the closing she was able to catch an issue with the closing papers that were credited to the wrong side of the closing and saved me several hundred dollars. She had also went out of her way to check with me once I was in the home to ensure that I was still satisfied. she wanted to make sure that if any issues came up that she could help with she would take care of them. Sheli will definitely go over the top of what is necessary. I was impressed and would recommend Sheli over any of the several agents I have ever worked with in the past.

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start by saying I could have went with other realators that I've known for a long time but decided to go with Sheli because I felt like she would be on my side. And man did I make the right decision. She handled a lot for me when I couldn't. She would pick up my paperwork to fax it for me when I couldn't. She was frustrated for me when sellers didn't want to agree on some terms. I will definitely recommend her to anyone and I will use her again when the time comes again. Thank you Sheli for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I hired Sheli to sell our home that we previously used as a rental property. She was outstanding. She knew the area well and recommended a competitive list price we were happy with. We received a full price offer within one day of being listed. Afterwards, she walked us through the closing process and assisted with locating reputable contractors to make repairs identified on the inspection report. She also was present for the closing for any last minute questions. Thank you Sheli, you made a stressful process feel easy.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheli was truly amazing!!!! She helped us sell our home from listing to closing in only 20 days! We were across the country and this was our first time selling a house. Sheli made sure we knew every step that was to happen before it happened. She made sure we knew what to expect and always took the time to answer our questions....no matter how many. I never felt rushed or worried that I didn't have all the information I needed. Even though I had no desire to sell my house, she truly made it a very easy and enjoyable experience! ZillowVERIFIED Overall Great agent! Listened to our needs and was not rushing us to buy. Very knowledgeable in her line of work: familiar with the areas, helped point out potential problems we overlooked. It took us over 6 months to find the house that met our needs. She is now helping my parents find their home. And if we ever sell our home, I will be contacting her.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheli is amazing! We were relocating to Arizona from Illinois and had a pretty tight timeframe. She worked with my husband for about a week, looking at homes and then spent an entire weekend with us while we both were intown to find our future home. While we were back in IL, Sheli continued to assist us with the purchase and helped to facilitate the closing here. Sheli is truly an amazing person and goes above and beyond to help her clients in any way she can.

Due to a job offer, my wife and I had to move to another state while trying to sell our house in Surprise, Arizona. She is a professional, shes very compassionate about her clients as well as her family. Sheli is so easy to talk to even now 7 years after my purchase I still call or text her with any large or small question and she is very quick to respond and always makes time for everyone, I don't know how she "finds" the time for all that she does. SHELI STODDART is the ONLY Realtor for me and I honestly do not know what I would have done without her in the home buying process. I have never met a person as genuine as Sheli. ZillowVERIFIED Best Home Buying Experience I've ever had! Sheli and her team are simply amazing! I purchased my home with her in 2015 and before I closed on my house I had already recommended Sheli to all my friends and anyone else I knew who needed a realtor. She made the process stress free and I always knew what to expect and when. Throughout the process Sheli went above and beyond the call of duty to make my home buying experience as painless and convenient as possible. ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a real estate professional who takes professionalism, integrity, and a love for what she does to the next level, you definitely want Sheli Stoddart on your team. Sheli went so far above and beyond what I expected, helping us in a tricky home sale. We are out-of-state owners with a home-turned-rental property, and decided it was time to simplify our lives. Sheli helped us realize a full-price offer and worked with us AND our busy and sometimes uncooperative tenants to get our home sold. I never once felt that Sheli put her own personal interests before ours, and that she acted as our agent in the fullest sense of the word. Sheli's high levels of integrity, experience, and connections with local business people in Surprise helped us through every step of the sale process and saved us a considerable amount of money getting our home ready to sell. She skillfully helped us navigate through what could have been a total real estate nightmare. When we needed contractors to do work inside and outside the home to get it sale-ready , Sheli helped us connect with someone to do those jobs. Her connections were helpful, professional, and affordable. With Sheli's knowledge and experience, we were able to smoothly navigate the entire sale process.

ZillowVERIFIED From our very first meeting with Sheli , we felt a confidence in her that we hadn't felt with other realtors. We're retirement age and needed to down size, which in itself was not an easy task. But to add to the challenge, we were unfamiliar with the Surprise, AZ area. Sheli is very much a 'people person' and was able to zone in on our needs and wants quickly. She made the search for property easy for us. When we found the perfect house, she and her assistant , Josh made the entire transaction seamless. From the offer to the closing of escrow this has been the most pleasurable home purchase ever for hubby & me. And honestly, All because we had the best realtor in Arizona!! Sheli Stoddart !!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheli has been extremely beneficial in my move to Surprise. Along with getting me the perfect house for less than my target amount she gave great recommendations for temporary lodging and inspections. I contacted Sheli from out of state and we quickly established parameters of what I was looking for. When I arrived in Arizona she was ready to roll with a list of homes for me to see. It took about two weeks before we found the right house. Even when a warranty issue popped up with the seller Sheli remained in constant contact with the sellers agent to ensure everything was addressed before closing. I would recommend Sheli for your real estate needs. She has been a great asset for me.
