Throughout my adult years, I have purchased a few different houses. The process of buying a house while selling another is always extremely intimidating. With that said, Sheldon Neal and Cassandra Cassese-Behler should be considered the most knowledgeable, experienced, ethical, and empathetic team in the Real Estate business. Before being introduced to this team, I had been looking to buy in Bergen County for two years without any luck. All the offers I submitted were not accepted, and I ended up buying a home in another county. Within two weeks of working with Sheldon and Cassandra, I found a beautiful home in my dream town. The team was so completely trustworthy that they also listed the house I was living in. When I saw my listing, I was blown away. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid offaEUR"my listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. By the weekend, I had an offer (over the asking price). The team is respectful, helpful, competent, and, more importantly, kind. They were available anytime and thoroughly answered any questions I had. Their immense knowledge would always put my mind at ease. However, I would not write a true and complete review if I did not recognize them individually. Sheldon is efficient and practical and possesses out-of-this-world negotiation skills. If he cannot do something, he certainly knows who can and has made connections with the appropriate people throughout his long career. Cassandra is personable and extremely efficient.
