ZillowVERIFIED Shelby helped my wife and I find a new home, and sell the one that we just outgrew. (She helped me find the previous home also in 2009) She was able to put me in touch with a lender who made financing a breeze, she worked within our budget, and helped us find an awesome new home. She helped line up the inspection, negotiate repairs, and everything closing related. I finally got to meet John at closing, and he's awesome too. When it came to selling the old place, she suggested a few minor updates and repairs, and helped to arrange people to do the work if I didn't have someone I already used. (and seriously, who has a masonry repair specialist on call...) With her advice on pricing, we received multiple offers within a few days, and accepted one above our asking price. I don't plan on moving again, but if I do, The Love Team is who I'm calling!! Between Shelby and John, and Kedra in the office who I did not get to actually meet in person, both transactions went smoother than my wife or I could have expected.

John was very knowledgeable and open to great discussions about what to do and the timing of when to sell in this crazy market. And while I was out of town looking at homes in my new city, he was skillfully managing all the queries that were flowing in when we put the house up for sale that weekend. He continued to keep me in the loop throughout the selling process and regularly was on the phone with me to give me updates. It's as if he anticipated my questions before I asked them.
