ZillowVERIFIED Shelbi was instrumental and an absolute life saver when she approached my about selling my house in Parks AZ. I had a friend that was a local realtor who had helped me list the residence. She took pictures etc and I did see that it was on the mls; however, I had almost no showings. My friend said that I needed to lower the price if I wanted to sell. Eventually she told me that I might have better luck trying to sell it myself.Then along came Shelbi. She did say that my price was definitely on the high side but that she would do what she could. She made many suggestions as to what might sell the place, such as interior decoration. I declined her advice and although I could tell she was disappointed she did not give up. Shelbi got the house sold with very little negotiation of price. Her tenacity was very impressive. Even now when I refer her to friends and acquaintances I describe her as a little bulldog that will not give up.Shelbi then helped me find another house to buy as I now had no place to live. This was a very stressful time for me and I can tell you that knowing that Shelbi was working on it helped a lot. When she says a particular document will be in an email or in the post it is and its done right!I think Shelbi is great>>>top shelf!

She is unlike other Real Estate professionals weve encountered in that, they would steer you into a home that maybe you didnt feel was right for you, instead she was our guide in the long voyage that visited perspective homes within our price range. She was extremely thorough with us every step of the way. She gave us great advice on many aspects of each home and she would even meet us at homes to see that were up to 4 ft tall. She is so dedicated that she got her vehicle stuck in some snow and continued to keep us abreast of items happening in our sale, inspections and result the like.
