ZillowVERIFIED Shelbey is awesome! She is professional and a very knowledgeable realtor. Shelbey assisted us with both the sale of our existing home and purchase of our new home. In today's competitive real estate market, our home was under contract in 2 days and Shelbey was available to help us find our new home and guide us through a multiple offer situation with our purchase. The entire selling and buying process was more stressful than anticipated but Shelbey put us at ease as she handled everything that came up. We closed both transactions on the same day, within 6 weeks. Shelbey's contacts (photos, legal, finance and trades) were also awesome and very responsive as were under tight deadlines. Shelbey helped us to decide what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale, to locate and hire the various vendors we used, and was there to let them in and make sure they understood what needed to be done. She kept us informed about the progress of the various steps and the results of the open house. We sold the property for asking price after 6 weeks on the market, and did not have to make a trip back to IL at any point. Great job and great result!

Our lease was up in a month or so, and Shelbey took on our challenge. We walked into our house and we knew it was for us, and she knew it, too. We looked at other houses the next day, and she said let's go back to the house we saw yesterday. We put an offer on it during the day, and it was accepted in the evening. ZillowVERIFIED We had tried a few people before Shelbey, and even though they were supposed to be looking out for us, Shelbey was the only one who really tried to make sure that we knew all of the processes and different issues going on with neighborhoods. She was also the only one that seemed to really care if we got a good deal and wasn't trying to just put us in a house. She ended up landing us an amazing deal on a house very shortly upon choosing her after months of frustrating attempts on housing with other real estate agents. She was very timely, available and flexible in her ability to get back to us, help us sign documents for inspections and legal documents and was always there when we wanted to look at other listings and showings.
