ZillowVERIFIED After lots of online research we decided to interview what we felt to be some of the top agents in our area. Sheila Reynoso was one of those agents. Upon completing the interviews Sheila definitely stood out from the rest and we entered into contract with her to sell our Penryn home. She asked all the right questions in our interview and didn't come pushing contracts or her own agenda. It was important to us that she was very familiar with country property, easements, water, well and irrigation systems and all that comes with owning more than just a house. We had done our research on local property values and were very comfortable with the list price she recommended. We immediately had a neighbor offer to pay full price for the house but at Sheila's advice we opted to hold the home open and generate additional interest. Sheila helped us with cleaning and inspection resources, home staging recommendations and provided a top notch photographer with drone and video footage. This made the preparation for sale go much smoother and quicker than we anticipated and we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of buyer and agent traffic that was directed to the weekend open house. We received multiple offers at and just over asking price and Sheila was quickly able to negotiate with several agents to get our final accepted price to $100,000 over asking. With inspections already completed and the house clean and packed we easily closed escrow in less than 30 days with a couple days to spare for our move out of state. We appreciate the communication and level of availability of Sheila as our agent and would recommend her to our friends and family and anybody looking to buy or sell a home.

There are a lot of realtors that would have jumped at the chance to sell our home, we had a few contact us. You will never believe how I came to pick Sheila to sell our home. She has a honest face and I felt calm when I came across her picture, I know crazy right ?? When she came to our home her and her daughter was just so nice and understood that this was our home for many years.
