One aspect we loved the most is, she never pushed us into placing a bid on houses that we did not like. She always encouraged us to wait for the house that we like heart and soul. Her estimated sales prices on the houses were right on the bull's-eye. As we switched our geographical regions of interest, she was extremely patient in showing us houses across Fremont, Milpitas, Evergreen, Saratoga and San Jose. Sheila reacted to this switch with lots of energy and bagged us a house within 1 month our focus switched to West San Jose and Saratoga region, the purchase price was within the appraised amount, plus checked off all our boxes. We always felt very secure with her since she treated our house search on par with how she would search for her own home. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Sheila selling our house in Saratoga. Her team provided excellent and timely services throughout the entire selling process. The biggest benefit her team brought was the turnkey, all inclusive service, and everything was complementary. Other than the touch up and fixup of the house, everything else including landscape, cleanup (in and out), staging, photography, 3D walkthrough, all included. We spent a very reasonable amount touching up the inside walls and paint, removed wall paper in one room based on her suggestion. There was no way we can find a contractor to do a small job like this in the crazy pandemic remodeling market, but her contractor came and finished everything in 3 days around Christmas time! On the deal side, she achieved top result for the selling price and negotiated every term we requested. Granted it was a sellers market but she assured us there was no stones left unturned and passed on detailed information and background about every offer. Although her team is located in Fremont, Alameda county, there may be a little distance and unfamiliarity to Santa Clara county, but her relentless pursuit of getting top deals, working with buyers/sellers more than made up for that front. This is why I gave 4 stars on "local knowledge" and 5 stars for everything else. We also interviewed other "top agents" in our area but would highly recommend talking to Sheila before signing with anyone.
