ZillowVERIFIED Sheila is very knowledgeable about local knowledge in many surrounding towns or villages in the south suburbs, she also knows many details regarding the pros and cons of the suburbs and the areas within each one. She also is very insightful about the ways of the real estate market and is a great help with every aspect of selling a home. Sheila is also a very responsive person and is willing to help with any questions and tasks that I have needed help with, in more ways than one she has gone far and above what I would think that an agent is required to cover. She also has been readily available to help with any and all tasks that I have needed assistance with and is very prompt with providing answers to my questions and tasks. As far as her negotiation skills I have yet to utilize this area of her expertise as at this point I am only selling my home, but when the time comes I am sure that she will prove to be as knowledgeable in this area as well as all of her other excellent qualities. I would definitely recommend Sheila to my friends and family that are looking for an agent, as a matter of fact I have already recommended her to two of my friends that are looking for new housing. She is an amazing and conscientious agent.
