ZillowVERIFIEDSheila has helped us sell three houses so far, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have built such a great connection with her and her team. Typically, when you work with an agent as experienced and knowledgeable as Sheila, you might expect slower response times - but shes the complete opposite. Shes always on top of communication, spot-on with her property analysis, and makes you feel genuinely comfortable throughout the entire process. Id wholeheartedly recommend Sheila to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate anywhere near Greenville!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheila is the best realtor ever! You wont find anyone to work harder helping you buy or sell your property. She took the time to make sure we found the perfect home that this single mom could afford. She went above and beyond for us and I know she will do the same for you.

ZillowVERIFIED I don?t have enough kind words to say about Sheila. In my opinion you?re making a mistake if you don?t choose her to sell your home. She?s extremely knowledgeable about the market and current trends. She knows what it takes to get it done. She is very through, answers any questions you may have, and always gives her honest opinion when asked. I definitely don?t have any regrets choosing her to sell our home and the best part is she ALWAYS looks out for her clients best interests. I will most definitely do business with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED When looking for a realtor I had a relative that had recently purchased a home through the Nesting group. From the first day to signing day (1 1/2mo) she was always available. She kept me very informed about the home buying process and did and fonts of this process. She was always available to answer any questions I had.

ZillowVERIFIED We are in Chicago and needed someone we could trust in Jacksonville. Thankfully we saw reviews for Sheila and she responded to our inquiry right away. Our rental home was listed, sold and closed in less than a month. She made the process painless and guided us the entire way through. Choose Sheila! She won?t disappoint.

ZillowVERIFIED Sold our house with Sheila and The Nesting Group. Very helpful lining up the contractors to put the final touches on a house that we struggled with selling through other real estate agents for years! The house opened up after we had left the area, and Sheila lined up the contractors, was very transparent about the prices and the changes, and no paperwork took longer than a day to get processed as our house got refurbed for the sale. Her team was very clear with the instructions for the final legal paperwork for the sale, something we needed to get notarized locally. Definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased with Sheilas professionalism and patience. She genuinely wanted to see us in a home thats right for our family. There are a lot of real estate agents in the area, and selecting one can be difficult, do yourself a favor and put Sheila on the top of your list, you wont be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Sheila with The Nesting Group by a friend and it was the perfect match. Sheila was the perfect Realtor for my family. I wanted to sell my house for a long time but was always on fence. Sheila laid it all out for me which helped my husband and I make the decision to sell. Our house had 1 day of showings and we had a few offers and were under contract the next day. It happened so fast and was perfect for us! Sheila always got back to me fast, even on the weekends. If she couldnt be reached her assistant was there to answer all my questions and help along the way! If I ever buy or sell in Jacksonville again I will be calling Sheila first!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheila is amazing! I contacted her back in February and told her I was interested in buying a home. I let her know what some of my dream locations were and what I needed in a home, and she ended up finding the perfect house for me and my family. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Terrific. They made purchasing our first home as easy as possible. I hear from friends about closing dates being pushed back at most 6 months, whereas they gave us a date and it never changed. Wonderful staff who will lead you in the right direction and make sure everything gets handled!

ZillowVERIFIED Sheila was fantastic!! I came to Sheila about 2 years ago wanting to buy a house. However, my husband and I went back and forth about it and decided not to. Sheila was patient and never pushed us to do anything. Then about 2 or 3 months ago, I contacted her again and said we wanted to rent, but due to the damage that Hurricane Florence caused, renting was going to be hard, but she never turned us down and helped us try to find rentals. After having a conversation with my husband and weighing the pros and cons of renting vs buying, I texted her and said we want to buy! Even after the back and forths, she was still excited about our decision. Sheila helped us find this amazing house and connected us with an amazing lender and we made magic! I love Sheila!! Her honesty and patience is like no other and I highly recommend her. You tell her what you want and she will find it. My family and I cant thank her enough for everything she has done to help us find the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sheila Garcia is amazing! She is very knowledgable of Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. We lived out of state when we bought thru her. She helped us find our house in a small time frame. She has been our go to person for the past few years when we need advice. We currently have our house listed thru The Nesting Group. Can?t imagine our buying/selling process without Sheila. Highly recommend Sheila Garcia and The Nesting Group!
