ZillowVERIFIEDSheila helped us get a higher selling price for our house than we expected, and guided us when it came to what repairs we should make to make the house more attractive to buyers. Even better, she recommended maintenance personnel that did a great job at a great price. The only reason for the less than perfect rating in the "Responsiveness" category was the less-than-timely communication regarding problems with the closing our our home. We had already moved from the area, and expected the closing on a certain date. A few days before that date, Sheila let us know that the closing would be delayed a couple of weeks because the Buyer failed to complete the appraisal process. Up to that point, Sheila was in almost constant contact with us. After we'd been gone a couple of weeks, it appeared that communication slowed down. This concerned us, since we planned on using the proceeds from our sold house to help pay off our new home. Sheila never ignored our requests for information, but it would have been nicer if she would have been slightly more proactive to keep us better informed after the closure delay was discovered. But the bottom line is Sheila did a great job for us, and we would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell a house in Cochise County.
