I recently sold my condo in Florida and Sheila was available for any issues that arose. She worked with the tenants for the showing, staged the condo, took pictures, and made an awesome video of the condo. Since I was out of state, she was physically there for the inspection, furniture removal, walk-thru, and she made sure everything was clean on the day of the closing.
