Between running businesses, home schooling (due to COVID), taking care of our two small children and managing our homes, my wife and I could not imagine adding anything else to our plates. Just when we thought our heads were starting to come back towards the surface, we learned of a family member who needed immediate medical and financial care. Sheila was an absolute blessing to our family. She took care of EVERY aspect of the sale of their home and then went even further. She located and arranged movers, assisted our family member in determining items going to storage, brought in professional cleaners, carried out market research above and beyond the functions of her job, coordinating access to the home, carried out welfare checks, etc. We received a cash offer within 24 hours and the process could not have been simpler. My wife and I have purchased enough properties (residential and commercial) to know what works and doesn't work. Sheila is the real deal.
