Met her last minute while searching for a last minute apartment, and let me tell you she was a life saver. She found me the perfect apartment very short notice. An apartment opened up just that day and she was able to come out and meet me within 5 minutes. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was even able to get me a discount to bring down the unit to a price which was in my price range. She very nice energetic and will be my first call if I ever decide to move. 10/10 would highly recommend her if youre looking or selling a place.

Sheerin made our first home buying experience amazing. I am so glad that she was recommended to us. Because we are now almost fully settled into our home that we love. She was great about listening to our needs and wants for a home, especially as they changed during the process. We also appreciate her vast industry knowledge and experience as it helped us to really understand what to expect from her but from other when it came to timeliness and deadlines.

It was a pleasure to work with Sheerin. She went through so many houses with extreme detail from the exploration stage to closing with all the support that I needed.

We are so thankful we were referred to Sheerin. She has been an outstanding professional, with extensive local knowledge and expertise, but more importantly finding someone who is dedicated and actually listened to our criteria , she worked very hard to negotiate and find us exactly what we were looking for! Sheerin always has our best interest in mind. Thank You Sheerin!!

Sheerin was a wonderful agent. She was very prompt at getting back to me, she carefully listened to what I was looking for in a home, and she suggested several properties that were within my budget and were appealing to me. She's very professional and knows the area very well too. In the end, she did her due diligence, and negotiated an excellent price on my new home. I could not be happier working with Sheerin. I recommend her highly.
