ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough great things about Shea. She is a great agent and great person. She goes above and beyond to make this stressful process easier. She is on top of every detail that, as an owner or seller, it is very easy to miss. Shea and Brent are both wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them both to anyone selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Shea was wonderful in communicating with us & keeping us in the loop on our buying process. When we were searching, she really understood our wants and needs & anticipated me reaching out on some of the homes for tours. Moving from almost 7 hours away was a daunting task, Shea made the search and buying process the easiest. She will fight for her homebuyers to make sure things are completed & to the highest quality work. We probably would not have found our new home without her knowledge of our needs and wants, she suggested we go tour the house while we were waiting for another appointment. So easy to communicate with, both by text/email & phone calls. Shea is a realtor you want by your side. If we ever need to purchase a home in the future, we will choose Shea Mead.

ZillowVERIFIED Shea was awesome! She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and available. She was very easy to work with. She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable about the market. Houses in our area sold quickly. She was still able to help us find a home in the school district and in our budget. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Shea is AMAZING! I?m so grateful she was referred to me by another first time home owner. She guided me every step of the way, never rushed/pressured me, & helped calm every anxiety I had through this emotional process. I was house hunting with my spouse in another state & she kept both of us in mind with every visit we made. I am grateful for every time she gave me her honest opinion and truly trusted her without a doubt. Without the trust we had, I don?t think I would?ve found my home or gone through with the purchase. The home we got was meant for us and I?m glad it happened with Shea. Even her colleagues boasted about her being a role model. Thank you Shea for all that you do!

ZillowVERIFIED Shea helped my Fiance and I navigate a difficult housing market and find a house we love. We made multiple offers while working with Shea and she helped us develop a winning strategy. We looked at somewhere close to 30 houses! She made the process approachable and worked with us to find something that worked well for us.

ZillowVERIFIED There is not enough room in this section to say all the wonderful things wed like to about Shea and our experience with her as our realtor. From the first day we spoke, to present, she not only has excelled in the areas you would expect from a realtor, she also kept in close contact in between appointments, viewings, and especially when we got discouraged from the very difficult market results we were shopping in. From a couple who both work in highly detailed and stressful work environments, wherein bad customer service can be detrimental to our business, Sheas interaction with us met and exceeded the type of customer service that everyone could only hope for. She has been a blessing during one of the more stressful times in our lives, and our business will continue past just this home purchase. My company is planning to purchase commercial property in the area, and we will without a doubt be consulting with Shea for that purchase as well. I cannot give high enough marks for all her help, and even more so for her honesty, her tenacity, and her very sincere desire to provide the best experience possible for her clients. As stressful as buying a home can be, and even more so in this crazy market, Shea made every single step as simple and easy as it could possibly be, and took all of that stress away. She was never unavailable and never left a question unanswered, or an option unexplored. We were fortunate enough to meet Sheas husband Brent along the way during our home purchase. We all quickly learned, we all had a lot in common. Shea and Brent arent just our realtor. We are proud to now call them both friends.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Shea through the Zillow app when we first started looking for houses. She was one of 2 different realtors that showed us our first 2 homes. She is by far the most pleasant and knowledgeable to work with in our home buying journey. We QUICKLY ditched the other realtor and only worked with Shea throughout the remainder of our journey. While unlike MANY home buying experiences in this market, we were not able to buy and sell within days of listing and looking, and it took us several months to get sold and buy, but no matter what, Shea was patient and quickly learned all of my wife and Is wants and needs in a house. Therefore, she was quickly able to present houses that we really loved. So much so that even when my hard-headed self wanted to look at houses that I thought would be nice (against my wifes opinion, lol) she also would say I dont think youll like this one but still ALWAYS and QUICKLY scheduled a time for me to see it, and of course after I saw it I got the I told you so talk from my wife... LOL All in all at the end of the entire journey, we got in to a beautiful home that checked ALL but 1 item on the proverbial Want List, and that one item was a negotiable item to begin with. So, I finally say, THANK YOU, SHEA!! for everything you did for and with us. You are without hesitation the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with in all 5 of the homes I have ever bought and all 4 of the homes I have ever sold!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shea provided exemplary service to my wife and I as we set out to purchase and eventually purchased our first home. Moreover, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were working virtually (with the help of local family) which posed challenges that Shea was attentive to. What I appreciated most about Shea?s service was her brutally honest, warts and all, view of the homes we were looking at ? she made sure we knew exactly what we were looking at. Shea did not try to upsell us or direct us to properties she was affiliated with, rather she listened to what we were looking for and was an advocate for our needs. She told us she wouldn?t sell us a home she didn?t think would be a good fit and her approach reflected this. She did not rush us. I cannot recommend her services enough for homebuyers, especially those who need a responsive, knowledgeable, and caring agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Although we?re in the early stages, I must say that it has been a pleasure working along and learning w/ Shea. She has informed and provided me options that seem to be for my best interest in purchasing a home. As well as filling in any gaps I have in regards to questions or concerns in a effort of getting me the best deal for the property that speaks to me and I hope to soon call home. I hope that this relation has a happy ending with my home wishes. But in the infancy stage i can say Shea does not make me feel like a client but is transparent in her responses to my wants questions reassuring make decisions with such a big investment. Most importantly she?s been patient and during our conversations makes me feel like a priority and that means / says a lot.

ZillowVERIFIED Shea Mead is an amazing realtor, we had such a long journey of looking at numerous houses. In such a crazy housing market she kept her head and empathized with us at every loss. She continued to pursue what we wanted even though what we wanted seemed to be changing daily. ?? She never ran out of patience, had a great sense of humor, had so much knowledge about every house, and answered all our questions. She is by far the best realtor we?ve ever worked with. If you?re looking for someone personable and really cares about helping you find your dream home give her a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Shea is now considered our family realtor. She is amazing! The first time I worked with her I purchased a home while I was out of state. She took video and facetime calls.worked with my family since I wasn?t there. She gave me complete confidence in making the right choices. Later she worked for my daughter in getting her home and she did a fantastic job for her as well. I recently had a life change and needed to move. She worked tirelessly for me to sell the house we started this business relationship with. Covered every detail! I asked for a stager and she had one for me last minute. Pictures of my house were fantastic! My house sold very fast with 13 over asking offers and she helped me navigate through all the offers to get the best one. I was on a quick turn around to make an offer on the house she helped me find (must of looked at 50!) She was always available for me. Quick to address any issues. Pleasant as can be but will go to war for you if she feels you are being treated wrong. Truly amazing and professional. My whole family adores her. Any of them who buy a house will hire her. Count yourself blessed if you have her for your agent. This all started as a business relationship but now I call her my trusted and valued friend. It?s been a pleasure writing her review, Mary

ZillowVERIFIED Shea was a wonderful realtor. From the moment we first met her, we were impressed. She was very friendly and kind. Were in our 60s, and she was concerned with finding us a house that would be just right. She called us to let us know about the house that we purchased. She walked us through the process, and stayed in contact every step of the way. She has a lot of knowledge and compassion, which is so important. Knowing that we didnt have to figure things out was invaluable.
