Shea Farmer Johnson was the consummate professional. From day one, I knew she what the right real estate for me. She was promt, responsive and knowledgable. She showed me all the homes on the market that met my criteria and several others that were not on the market that she had access to through her network. She put her 20+ years of negotiating skills to work for me and got me an awesome deal. She explained every detail and guided me through the inspection & appraisal process all the way until I received my keys!!! I would highly recommend anyone in the real estate market who is looking for a dependable, knowledgable & experienced real estate agent to contact Shea Farmer Johnson. She is the BEST!

She was very knowledgeable and helpful going above and beyond the things that other realtors acted as if they didnt have patience for. She spent endless hours assisting me with my hunt for a place to move. She even helped me by explaining things like changing my address with the post office and other things that I had no experience with. And she did it all with a smile and pleasant demeanor. With her help my move went smoothly. I cannot say enough about her professionalism.

Mrs Johnson was referred to me from a client of mine. I must say I was extremely grateful for the referral, Mrs Johnson was an Angel in disguise. By this being my first home purchase I was slightly apprehensive. Shea basically grab my hand and said I got this you just have to pick the one you like! She had all the necessary background support from the loan officer, insurance companies, and any professional that was necessary to come out and make sure this was a fair purchase. I love my new home it fits me perfect ( she also assisted in reminding me of my needs and wants so I didn?t get impatient and settle for the wrong home)! Her level of care, knowledge, patience, and professional is impeccable and I?m quite sure no one else locally can match her God given gift! Thank you again Ma?am!
