ZillowVERIFIED Shayla is an AWESOME realtor that guided my wife and I through the process of finding the perfect home in Missoula. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She really knows Missoula, including the history and details of the various neighborhoods and what they have to offer. She also has a keen eye for finding the right set of properties for her buyers that helped us a lot in narrowing our search. She also utilizes state-of-the-art technology and tools to get things done on time as promised. Most important, she is honest, provides transparency, and maintains integrity from start to finish. I generally tend to be turned-off by the real estate industry. But, Shayla showed me just how important it is to have a good realtor to represent my interests and provide me with expertise I would otherwise not have access to. Don't buy or sell a property in Missoula without the help of Shayla Suchecki!

ZillowVERIFIED Shayla helped us look for homes while we were visiting from CO. We did not find anything on that trip and ended up purchasing our home site unseen with the help of family members & internet photos. Shayla was so accommodating with our weird situation and very helpful through email and phone calls. She made the process seem a lot less stressful than it was. (We were also selling a house in Colorado at the same time!) She was skillful during negotiations with the seller and honest with us when there was something that might make the deal fall through. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED To whom it may concern, This letter serves as a recommendation for Shayla Sucheckis exceptional skill as a real estate agent. Shayla recently helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Missoula, Montana. The market was not in our favor and throughout the process we had difficult decisions to make and circumstances go against us. Through the entire purchase experience, Shayla remained calm, optimistic, and a pleasure to work with. As a practicing attorney with a busy work schedule, I was shocked by how well Shayla was able to remain in contact and how she was always on the ball. She was always available by phone and returned voicemails promptly. She was able to work effortlessly around my schedule and my familys. Even more importantly, I never felt pressure to purchase or make decisions we were not comfortable with. In the end, we were able to buy the perfect home for us thanks to her hard work. I cannot recommend Shayla enough as a real estate agent. I will come back to her for her assistance in the future and anyone looking for a real estate agent in Missoula should strongly consider working with her. Sincerely, Adam M. Shaw

ZillowVERIFIED Shayla was great! She was on top of everything; if there was ever a question she didn't know the answer to off the top of her head, she had an answer within an hour or two. She made us feel so comfortable and confident in the process, it was more than we could ever have expected. On top of that, she sold our house the same week it was listed. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED What a refreshing experience to work with Shayla Suchecki. Her best qualities are her amazing work ethic and honesty. Day or night, Shayla stays on task. She facilitated the sale of our home in Alberton, Montana during a time when the market proved to be bleak and difficult. Shayla prepared a market analysis for us, and assisted us in sucessful pricing of our home. We also bought a short sale home in Missoula. This process had the propensity to be frustrating and lengthly, but not one day did we feel neglected or frustrated. The purchase was easy and worry free thanks to Shayla's hard work and positive personality. I have no doubt that Shayla's devotion to her clients will create great success for her.

I would recommend Shayla in heartbeat to anyone interested in buying a home in the Missoula area.
