Her responses were always prompt. She was available anytime we asked to see a home. She answered all my questions and I never felt that I was bothering her and she stepped us through the entire home buying process. She offered her input which was appreciated. When our first lender fell through Shawna immediately reached out to other lenders she'd worked with in the past. She never gave up on us which meant a lot so that kept me going. ZillowVERIFIED Shawna knew exactly what to do to sell our house. She brought in "stagers", had professional photos taken and even had aerial photos taken of the whole 3.5 acre property. She was always approachable and ready to answer questions or problems immediately. Shawna helped a friend of mine purchase a house and he and his wife could say nothing but good things about what an awesome experience they had with buying their house, so I figured I would give Shawna a try with helping me find my rental search. Well, I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and thorough she was with my transaction. I gave Shawna some ideas of what I was looking for and due to me not being from the area ( Out of state transfer) She sent me a list of properties in no time flat. We set up some showings and then decided on the ONE, now this is where Shawna exhibited how good a relator she was! The other agent and the the owners of the property were a bit fickle, and I think in some ways were trying to play some type of game. We didnt get a response for a few days, Shawna explained this is part of the process, and she kept me in the loop via text, which I think is the best way for quick informal communications nowadays. ( Quick notes, casual and you can respond when you can ) About 4 days later, we received the proposal of the terms from the other side, and they were a bit exhaustive in what they wanted. Shawna then told me I have your back and let me get this done for you! Wow, I did not know what was in store, but I sat back and let her do her work. Let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I was, not only did I get the house I wanted, but I actually got it for less then what they were listing it for.In ending, I hope my experience sheds a bit of light on how good Shawna is a relator.
