ZillowVERIFIED I had an excellent experience working with Shawna Martinez & Performance Team while buying a home from out of state. From the very beginning, they made the process feel seamless despite the distance. Communication was clear, consistent, and timely, which gave me complete confidence every step of the way. They were an incredibly strong negotiator and truly advocated for my best interests. Thanks to their expertise and attention to detail, we were able to navigate the process efficiently and close in a very short escrow without any issues. Their knowledge, professionalism, and commitment really set them apart. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyoneaEUR"especially those buying from out of state or on a tight timeline.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Shawna back in 2021, when I became a first time home buyer. Then, in 2024, I needed to move back to California after losing my father and brother. I called her up and said Shawna, I need to get back to Cali, and need your help in listing/selling my home. Not once did I feel apprehensive about being on PST when my home was listed and located on CST. I KNEW I had a "BEAST" working on my behalf and the process would be handled efficiently as well as effectively. Shawna and her team are knowledegable, professional, and dedicated. Every step of the way, they had me and had my back! Thank you Performance Team for making it DO WHAT IT DO!

ZillowVERIFIED Shawna Martinez and her team at Performance Team were excellent. We were selling my mothers house while at the same time looking to buy our first home and Shawna was there to answer every question, no matter how silly or obvious the answer may have been, and that put our minds at ease during every phase of this multi deal process. From staging to photos to negotiations, it all just felt too easy but thats just what they do. Will recommend them and will definitely work with Shawna in all of our real estate ventures moving forward.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawna and her team are absolutely top-notch. They consistently show unparalleled attentiveness to any questions or concerns we've had. This is actually our second time collaborating with Shawna and the Performance team, and honestly, I can't imagine working with anyone else. If I find myself back in the DFW area in the future, Shawna will be my first point of contact without a doubt.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawna and the Performance team are great!!! Shawna was very thorough with us, and when she did her first walk through of our house. She answered every question and helped us along the entire way. We have already relocated, and there was a storm, so Shawna and her husband, drove about a three hour round trip to go check on our house to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend her a million times!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shawna is AMAZING!! She has been the key to making our home buying process so much easier than it has been in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable about pretty much every aspect of the home buying process. We are purchasing a new build, which I have not done before, so I had about million questions. She was able to get every single one answered in a timely manner. I had some issues getting info from our loan officer and she was on top of it contacting them until they got back to me with the info I needed. The builder was offering really good incentives and Shawna actually helped us negotiate to get even more than they were offering! On top of all of that Shawna is super nice and fun to be around. You really cant find any one better!

ZillowVERIFIED Shawna Martinez with Performance Team was my realtor for finding the right home for me. We've spent month trying to find the right existing houses when the market was crazy. Unfortunately, things didn't work out and we moved our interest to new construction homes. After a good consultation and inquiries to builders, we were able to secure a contract for a brand new home and I'll be closing very soon. Shawna and her team made the whole process flawless and also educated me with tons of information.

ZillowVERIFIED From the very moment I received the first phone call from the realtor I knew I was in good hands. He has been like family to me. Preparing my home to get it ready for the market took longer than I expected. Brett (my realtor) was extremely patient with me. He even offered to help paint (no other agent would do something as assist with painting) All the other people in the process of selling my house has been friendly yet extremely professional. I doubt I could ever find anyone better no matter how hard I try. Thank you Shawna, Brett & everyone else!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I wanted to build a home and were thankful we had Shawna Martinez in our camp. I cant imagine what the home buying/building process would have been like without having Shawna Martinez and our team in our corner - especially during the pandemic. I was deployed overseas and my wife was stuck in NYC during the pandemic with our young daughter. We knew we wanted to buy/build in the Dallas area and the only way we were able to make it happen was with Shawna as our extension in DFW! We couldnt be there but Shawna was! From filming and sharing model home video tours, to aggressively negotiating favorable incentives with the builder, to representing us at the design center, and coaching us along the way, Shawna was literally an invaluable member of our team. Her expertise, professionalism, and personality all made Shawna an absolute pleasure to work with. And were happy shes the realtor who helped us through our build and get the keys in our hands. Cant wait to do it again. Shawna consistently went above and beyond - from day one through close - to make sure we were informed, and quickly grew into a member of our family. Shawna Martinez is without a question the BEST realtor in North Texas. If we could leave her more than 5/5 stars we would. No hesitation - do yourself a favor and tap in with Shawna Martinez. You wont regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED I have so much to say about my pleasant experience with Shawna. Upon our initial intro call, my gut was already screaming "Shawna is the realtor I want to work with". I'm a CA lifetime resident moving to TX and since we made the decision to work with Shawna, the entire process has gone smoothly and swiftly. Shawna engaged with us through the entire process, was always easily accessible and was always willing to answer any question - no matter how silly it seemed to me. As a personal request, she always included vital information for every listing like school ratings, distance to shopping centers and much more. Consistency is definitely one of her strong traits because I never had to go back to ask for this information. More importantly, Shawna partnered with my in-laws out in TX to see properties on our behalf and took the initiative to coordinate directly with them. She is assertive and wastes no ones time with her excellent ability to partner with others. It almost doesn't feel like she's someone I've hired to work with and instead, a friend as she easily approachable and very friendly. You will not go wrong in working with Shawna. If you're looking for professionalism, reliability, accuracy, and someone who won't treat you as yet another client on her list, Shawna is the one you want to partner with for all of your realtor needs. Her entire team and company has been great, and we look forward to continue working with all. If this review isn't convincing enough, my FIL has chosen to work with Shawna for all his future realtor needs, and has passed her contact information onto family members that we know will moving to TX in the near future. THANK YOU Shawna and team for your exceptional work ethic!

ZillowVERIFIED Shawna met with us prior to getting our home ready for sale. She provided us a detailed explanation and critical path for us achieving our go live date which was in 7 days of our initial meeting. Shawna was very professional, answered any and all questions we had. Every detail leading up to our home going live on the market was followed up on and reminders communicated ya of our staging appointment, photography appointment and finally the go live date. Once our home was on the market she kept us informed of the feedback and communicated the good the bad and the ugly which I truly appreciated. Transparency is key in a business partnership and Shawna provided all of that. Shawna was able to get our home under contract in 7 days! That is not a typo 7 days! We were very happy with the process from contract to closing. No issues great communication with ample time for us to get any and all information she needed. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Shawna and her team to assist you in your new home purchase or sale of your home. Shawna and her team are a team of professionals who will help you achieve your goal and will do it the right way. ZillowVERIFIED Shawna is hands down the best. If you want your experience to be smooth, easy, professional, and funaEUR" shes the go-to person. I had to move from an apartment and into a house for the first time, so I was nervous. I had little knowledge of what to look for and what the process was. She was always on top of everything. She knew exactly what I was looking for, and when we found it, she made it happen. I tried to do it on my own, but then when I was almost scammed, I knew I needed help from a professional. I'm so glad that I did with Shawna. Then after my lease was signed, she helped me get the best prices for my utilities, which took even more stress off my shoulders. Plus, her positive attitude exuded and put me at ease. I will definitely be using her for all my future real estate needs.
