I would, without a doubt, have no reservations in recommending them. They worked with local utilities and insurance companies, since we were out of town buyers. They handled everything for us, all we had to do was get the loan. Since the property needed a treatment plant installed before closing they worked with the other real estate agent to have the work finished on time. We were able to sign the paperwork and move in the same day. Great job!

I started looking for a home when I was stationed overseas in Germany and I thought it was going to be a painful process. Well, they proved me wrong. They took there time and dedicated themselves to helping me. I was not able to physically look at homes, but Mrs Shawna went to every house I was interested in and facetimed me so I could view the homes. They did not rest until we found the right one for us.
