The last time we bought and sold a home was back in 2009, right around the time of the housing market crash. Wow, things have changed! The difference in government requirements and the sheer amount of paperwork was astounding. It seemed like we just kept signing more and more and moreaEUR"and then even moreaEUR"paperwork! ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Shawna and how she handled my situation. I inherited an utter mess of a house that came with a lot of baggage. I had never sold a house before and I thought selling this house was an impossible task. Start to finish the entire process was only 6 months. Being a rookie and in over my head I needed a lot of help and Shawna never blinked. I'm still honestly not sure why she agreed to sell this house, it wasn't going to be a lot of money and it was going to be a lot of work. She answered every question I had. Put me in touch with cleaning, insurance, disposal and other professionals of all kind. Always very positive about every step forward or setback. She was always available, even during her vacation in California. She got an offer out to me while having breakfast at Dennys. I accepted, and she sent it out right away for signing. Despite the difficult situation we ended up with a positive outcome thanks to some hard work and a little luck but mostly to Shawna and her team

After that, Shawna showed us many properties for the next several years! Our search needs changed and finally we purchased a property with her help. Shawna was also instrumental in suggesting a price to offer. We had anticipated to offer a higher bid but the offer that she suggested was accepted saving us a tremendous amount of money to use on repairs to the home. The house that we purchased was In a lower price range but still Shawna treated us as she would a client that would have brought her a higher commission. Shawna is please to work with and was always immediate with her replies to our questions/concerns. Shawna showed us numerous homes and sent us every available potential property in our low price range even though this would not result in a lucrative profit for her. She never made us feel like our need was low on her priority list. Shawna did place a bid on our behalf that did not result in a sale. She did this during a time when her mother-in-law became seriously ill and died. When our needs changed, Shawna demonstrated true professionalism when we contacted her and told her the circumstances.
