ZillowVERIFIEDI cant even express myself on the amazing job Shawna and her team did for us. From all the communications, showings, questions, everything, they did it all for us. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDThere are so many positive words I could use to describe Shawna and the other Team 413 members. Ive gotten to know Shawna over the last year and if asked to describe her in one word, thats simple: integrity. Shawna is a results driven realtor who always puts her clients first. She listens before she responds ensuring that she ALWAYS understands her clients needs. So if youre on the fence about which real estate team to utilize, do yourself a favor and work with Shawna and the other rockstars of Team 413.
ZillowVERIFIEDShawna is very professional, has good local knowledge and is extremely responsive. We have previously bought homes in four different states and were looking for a high caliber agent. We tried four other agents before finding the expertise and responsiveness we were looking for in Shawna. We highly recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDShawna is fantastic! She sold both my father and my house very quickly! She was able to sell our house in the winter during the slow season and helped us get the new house of our dreams! She was even went with us multiple times to the new house. Very patient, straightforward and knowledgable! I have recommended her to my friends and they have also used her as her realtor as well. She is top notch!
ZillowVERIFIEDI met Shawna at an open house and liked her liked her right away. Her knowledge of the area was extensive and she carted me to a dozen properties. I ended up buying the first house I saw, the first one I met Shawna in. I fell in love with the house and she walked me through the process. I can't say enough about this woman. She is professional, courteous, friendly and forthright. She went above and beyond and I wouldn't recommend any other realtor. Rebecca McKeever "The Belvidere"

ZillowVERIFIEDShawna was amazing! She helped me with the process of buying my first home. She was recommended by a family member. Prior to reaching out to Shawna I had already contacted a different realtor who after our first conversation never got back to me. I'm glad she didnt because thats when I was advised to contact Shawna. I was nervous and excited going into the whole process. Shawna guided me the whole time. she made it easy and painless. I told her what I was looking for and she delivered. I moved over from Connecticut. When my boyfriend who knew the area more than me could not accompany me Shawna knew the area very well and was very supportive when I brought my mother and my boyfriends mother along. She was honest in providing her opinion about the homes we viewed. Shawna was easy to reach every time I needed her. I definitely would recommend her over and over again.

ZillowVERIFIEDShawna was not only a joy to work with, but provided me with the best outside resources in regards to insurance, mortgage and closing preparation. She not only works with you but also for you. I couldn't have chosen a better realtor to help me in buying my first home. :)
ZillowVERIFIEDShawna knew her stuff! She had done much research of my area to determine the market value for that neighborhood. She was always upbeat even when I was down because I wanted to sell house and live in my Florida home. Negotiations were painless and closing was smooth. Thanks you Shawna
