We met Shawna at the beginning of July, and told her we were seriously considering moving to Washington, IF she could find us a home that met all of our criteria. We genuinely thought it might take six months to find what we were looking for, in the area we wanted to be in, and in our price range. Shawna was kind and patient, and sent us listings weekly, sometimes more often, and she would happily go visit any property that interested us and give us a video walk through, since we were living out of state at the time. With each new listing we saw, she got a better understanding of what we wanted, and by the end of July she had found us THE one. With her knowledge and professionalism, we were able to submit an offer and have it accepted. I do not believe that any other realtor could have found us this amazing house in that short amount of time, while doing it all remotely, and we are forever grateful to Shawna, Russell, and their team of professionals, for getting us into our dream house. We would absolutely use Shawna again, and will recommend her to all our friends.

I chose Shawna initially because I was well aware of her knowledge of our city and community but she proved to be so much more. She was professional throughout the whole process of selling my home. I appreciated her honesty in telling me what she believed was a realistic selling price up front, rather than giving an inflated estimate to get the listing. She was quick to respond to all calls, texts and emails. I felt very confident in her skills with real estate and that I could trust her suggestions. I know there was a lot of negotiating to make my sale work and to get me the price I needed. We had several buyers back out because of loan issues and Shawna kept right on working with a positive and reassuring attitude. This helped me to feel calm as well at a stressful time. The most important thing to me, besides her getting me the price she predicted, was her kindness and compassion. I knew she cared about me as well as my house. I heard about Shawna from a couple in Mukilteo who were telling me their story about finding their perfect home - which Shawna helped them do a couple of years ago. That was before my husband and I had committed to "right-sizing" and relocating. We did interview a couple of other realtors, but the connection with both Shawna and Russell was immediate. They are extremely professional, but at the same time we now consider them friends. We were selling our old home to friends and did not need a selling agent; but when the going got (very) rough with our buyer's sale (upon which our sale to them was contingent), Shawna and Russell stood by us and were GREAT. We also had a very rough ride with our lender; and Shawna guided us through that as well. We absolutely love our new place. Shawna has a knack for getting a very good sense of what clients want - even when they haven't quite figured that our themselves. Russell actually pitched in and helped my husband move countless boxes we had stored while the movers handled the furniture. And Shawna - unhappy that the thermostat had been damaged when the former residents moved out - took it upon herself to buy and install a new one! These two even took a loveseat off our hands that we had to unload. They are FABULOUS!!! All of the descriptions above are spot on. The only thing about having finally move in that is a little sad is that we don't get to spend Saturdays looking at houses with them any more.
