We had 3 properties with her, two to sell one being a new build. 1st one was listed for 71 days and I started to ask her questions as to why It hasnt sold and she called me aEURoeharassingaEUR? , just for asking her to do her job. Once I did that, she didnt want to do the 2nd selling we had with her, walking away from it. Yet, she kept the easy check (the new build), weird. We switched agents and the property is under contract within 12 hours or relisting......

Highly persistent, tactful and successful in getting us through tough negotiations. This is because she knew the market and was convincing to the sellers. 2) For selling our house, she marketed it, not only from the traditional photography signage etc but also through knowing exactly how to price the house. We sold above asking the first day. 3) Eye on detail and never impatient to help. When I decided to make an offer on a highly sought after property, Shawna wrote a very attractive offer. I did not realize that there were other aspect to a successful offer, other than the price.
