HOBBIES/INTEREST

Outside of real estate, I'm passionate about spending quality time with my kids and family, which helps me stay grounded and reminds me of the importance of finding the perfect home for life's best moments. I enjoy staying active through working out and golf, and I'm also a big football fan. When I'm not in the office, you might find me outdoors hunting, or pursuing my love for cars and racing. FAMILY

I've been happily married to my wife, Katrina, since 2014, and we're proud parents to two amazing kids, Isabella (9) and Jackson (3). Our family loves spending time outdoors--whether it's swimming, boating, or riding the jetski, we're always looking for fun ways to enjoy the water. Isabella keeps us busy with gymnastics and softball, while Jackson loves baseball and exploring new adventures. Being a family-oriented person helps me understand the importance of finding a home that's not just a house, but a place where memories are made and families can thrive.

I reached out to Shawn when my wife and I decided to sell our first home and upgrade to a new house, because I was interested in Exsell's flat fee model. Shawn was very helpful and worked with us through the home selling process, and was able to generate a lot of interest in our home that led to a total of 7 offers and a sale price that was well over list price. Originally, we had planned on buying with a different realtor, but Shawn ended up winning our business because he was just so much more responsive and proactive than the other guy. He knew what we were looking for and put a lot of effort into finding us the right home, even trying to get us in to see homes before they officially hit the market. When we found the right one, Shawn was able to put in our offer right away and configured it in a way to ensure that we did get the house in this competitive market. Overall, we had a very good experience, and felt that Shawn took very good care of us. I would highly recommend using Shawn as a realtor to all of my friends, family, and coworkers.
