ZillowVERIFIEDIt was great having ShawnR as my realtor. I did not know him but he was recommended by a friend. He was on top of everything from the minute we met. When I had questions he answered me immediately or got back with me within a day. He has an excellent photographer. Our home was so beautifully advertised. We had over a 30 the first week wanting an appointment. We had a purchase agreement within a week. What made Shawn special is that he was on his vacation with his family. He still made time for me even on vacation. We had to change some of the appointments. He and his company have an excellent way of communicating with each other. The whole team is so efficient and they work together perfectly. I would recommend Shawn 100% to anyone selling their home without reservation. He has 14 years experience and, no matter how busy, he responds immediately. There are no negatives regarding Shawn-only positives. We had our home 40 years. He knew it was emotional and we actually have the perfect buyer. Thank you to Shawn. He is also a good friend and we stay in touch. With all the competition, you can be sure you made the right decision in working with Shawn. If considering selling your home, I wish you good luck. I'm so glad we had Shawn to take us through every step and through the closing. It really was flawless!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was an amazing help in assisting me with buying my first home. Very well educated, extremely friendly. I knew very little about buying a home. He helped me get a home inspection. He also helped make this process very smooth.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was a wonderful person to work with, very kind and quick to respond with questions. Worked around my schedule. We looked at many homes and was able to find one I love and just closed on, mostly by remote or efiling, during a pandemic which was fantastic! Would highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, Shawn was so helpful and patient. He was always avaliable when we wanted to see a house or had any questions. He learned what we wanted and never once tried to get us to jump on something just so he could get paid, nor did he ever make us feel like a burden. He was great all around, and at the end of this all, we consider him our friend. Highly highly reccomend!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shawns the best for buying and selling. Dedicated, honest, well informed, and never pushy. We had a great experience buying our first home with him 4 years ago and now that we are looking to upgrade he has been an awesome agent for selling, too. We appreciate you, Shawn! ??

ZillowVERIFIED Very outgoing. Works hard to get you a home you want. Great at answering questions, no matter how trivial, and at all hours of the day. Traveled all over to just show us homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn just helped us purchase our first home..I was extremely nervous and had no idea what I was doing and asked 1000 questions. He answered every question, without making me feel childish. If I texted, called or emailed he always answered within minutes and without hesitation, helped me every step of the way. If we went to a house that needed work or wasn't what we thought it would be, he gave us the honest truth about it all and made sure he knew what we were getting into. He was great.

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks to Shawn we found the perfect property and house for our family. We were looking from out of state, which made it very difficult. He had to show us most of the homes with little notice. He also worked very hard to meet out criteria. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was amazing when he helped us look for our new home. Even with having a specific 'want list' and being picky, he was able to find us our dream home! As a first time buyer, I couldn't be happier with his honesty, professionalism and guidance. I recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn did what several other agents could not accomplish. He sold my parent's house in a short time. Shawn kept the lines of communication open with not only my parents but myself as well. He worked hard and made my parents very happy with the selling price he negotiated for them. I highly recommend Shawn!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was a very tough case. I wanted to stay in davison school district and i didnt have that much to work with not alot of houses worth looking at in my budget that didnt need alot of work. Shawn kept me in mind when a move in ready house came on the market it was a little above my price range but we made it work. I couldnt be happier with my total experience working with Shawn. I love my house and neighborhood and my children couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend shawn for the buying or selling of your home.
