He really took care to show us homes we would be interested in and took time to discuss each one after viewing. He made sure that we didn't over pay for our home and negotiated a deal that got us a lot of things on our wish list, including getting some of our closing costs paid for. ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was like a beacon of light. Like many, I spent weeks pouring over real estate sights, driving by potential listings, and having some unfortunate showings. We met Shawn when we began looking in the neighboring area. He is a genius of intuition and truly interested in what we wanted. After viewing several possibilities on our list, and listening to our comments, he said... I have two more places I think you might be interested in. After that, our hardest decision was which to buy. Even after closing, he's still right there for us as we deal with "Please get that piano out of our new dining room!"

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer fresh out of college I had no experience with anything except apartment rentals and knew very little about the process of buying a house. Shawn is fantastic in helping us purchase our first home. He was extremely helpful for my boyfriend and I and was very accommodating. He took the time to explain everything to us, was always on the ball, and even went out of his way to have meetings with us at times that worked for us. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. He really gets you to open up and find out what you're truly looking for in a home. It was great working with Shawn too because he doesn't just want the sale, he wants you to find the perfect home and be satisfied with it. I would recommend him and the Doyle and Devoe services to anyone looking to purchase a home, he is amazing at what he does.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn goes above and beyond to help try to sell your home and to help you find the right one to buy. Our house was a challenge to sell and Shawn did a great job at walking us through all of the paperwork. When it came time for us to buy a new house Shawn knew what what we wanted and would do his best to find it. He would not try to push you to look at something that didnt fit your lifestyle. My wife and I have told all of our freinds to talk to Shawn when it comes time to sell or buy. I know I won't use anyone else.
