Shawn was patient and worked with us and got to know exactly what it was we were looking for. Somehow he managed to find the perfect house and got us a great deal on it, the offer was accepted and he walked us through the whole process. I want to specifically review how awesome he was at picking the neighborhood we ultimately chose, since we were unable to get out here ourselves to physically see the house he was communicative and responsive and that allowed us to really settle in a great neighborhood. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the area so if he understands what you are looking for he will be able to guide you really well. As first time home buyers, moving to a new state so far away was quite a journey but Shawn really took care of us and made it really manageable. I absolutely recommend working with him.

From the moment that Shawn made first contact with me, I knew that he was going to make things happen and happen fast. He IS one of those people. Mark and I sought Shawns help as we were at a crossroad where we were going to make a final decision on a real estate property and I thought we needed more consultation and guidance on the transaction from a real estate agent.
