ZillowVERIFIED Very helpful, insightful, and prompt. Worked well with the other realtor so that we didnt have any issues with buying our new home. Knows the area well, and helped us after the sale as well with learning the area since i am from across the country. It also helps to have a realtor that's yoir age so you can relate to them better! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic realtor. Helped me through all the bumps along the way to owning my first home. Knew how to help me find just what I was looking for in a very reasonable price range. Very flexible and able to change when necessary when houses I wanted to view turned out be already in negotiations. I am now a homeowner thanks to Preston.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable, and made recommendations that showed he was concerned with making sure my needs were met instead of just getting a deal done. Shawn responded quickly when I had any questions, and was able to work with me to quickly show me houses once they were available. I look forward to working with Shawn in the future for all my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED A great mix of professionalism, and being personable. Very patient, and knowledgeable with me my wife while we toured ~40 houses over the course of 3 months. With the market being so competetive, and us being first home buyers, Shawn was quick to send us new listings that fit our criteria, and gave solid input and opinions to make the process as smooth as possible. I don't think we would have ended up with the house we purchased without Shawn!

ZillowVERIFIED From the minute we found a home on Zillow and wanted to get a look inside Shawn was incredibly helpful. He was able to get us home showings as soon as it worked for our schedule. After finding the home we loved, he helped us throughout the entire process from putting in an offer all the way to closing. We are looking forward to working with Shawn again in the near future to list our current home. We will definitely be recommending Shawn to our friends and family in the future for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn did an excellent job for us! We called him out of the blue to look at a place we had set up and from minute one he was flexible and negotiable. He handled himself well, gave us good advice and made things as easy as they possibly could have. He was amazingly responsive on following up with things that needed to be done and prepared all the necessary paperwork by close of business the next day in everything we addressed with him. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a professional, to the point that on our next purchase he will be our first call!
