Review I cant say enough amazing things about Shawn and his team!! He really knows real estate; on all fronts! From what it takes to maximize the return on investment; he talked me in to making investments in the house before we put the house on the market and they paid off and then some! His knack for marketing and making the house shine! Things like social media blasts, to videographers and ridiculous photographs. This house was under contract less than 24 hours after listing, above list with multiple offers! Shawn and his team is very responsive and did a great job of keeping me abreast of everything throughout the process and the whole process was incredibly smooth. I completely trust him & admittedly I'm a pain to deal with but he didnt flinch! #TheAlarmGuy

Review Shawn is the best agent I've ever worked with period! If you want an experienced agent, with the highest of integrity and professionalism, then Shawn is your man. When I was looking to rent my home, he found a tenant, and helped me negotiate the lease within 30 days of my listing. Two years later, when I went to sell the home, he handled that transaction as well. The transaction was smooth and very efficient for both parties. When my home needed a few repairs prior to closing, Shawn reached into his personal database to introduce professionals who did the work in a cost-effective and timely manner. He met all of us we listed my mother's second home with him, and he went over and above to sell it. When we ran in to a landscaping issue, he knew a top notch person to handle the beautification. Well or chlorination issues? Shawn knows the best guy. Cleaning and staging? He knows the best rated company or person in the area. We had a few bidders on the property and Shawn worked to find us buyers that loved the home as much as we did. When it was time to move everything out. Shawn provided us with a stellar moving company who did a perfect job. do not go to anyone else but Shawn Martin. He is hands down, the best.
