Took care of a bank issue I had on my end and was able to get us to the closing table. Definitely recommend especially for someone who doesnt know all the nuances of home buying yet.

The house was sold at my asking price and I received an offer around Thanksgiving and had closed on the house by New Years. I would absolutely recommend working with Shawn to sell a house in the North Huntingdon area.

ZillowVERIFIED I foolishly contacted Shawn to sell our house and that up in an epic fail. He put forth no effort in selling it. The only effort was to put up the sign. He listed it and that all that s done. We got out of the contract early and very happy I did. He didn't contact us unless we contacted him first and at that it was the same thing every time. It's the slow season, no one buys a house in the fall/winter. He isn't a very good realtor. I wouldn't recommend his to my worst enemy.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Shawn started out unlike any other realtor that I met with - he started out with honesty. I met him at a foreclosed home, and he said "I'm going to take you to the worst spot in the house, and you can decide if you wanna keep looking from there." There was no sales pitch, there was no "look at the nice kitchen" - it was straight to the point, and not wasting anyone's time. From that point, I knew that I was sticking with Shawn.A month or two went by, of me searching for properties on my own. Shawn would occasionally show me a house or two that he thought id be interested in, but didn't nag me with emails. He just let me do my own thing.Eventually, I hit him up to show me another house, and it went well. I'm a first time homebuyer, really ignorant of the entire process, but Shawn definitely helped make it all easier. He'd answer text messages, emails, and calls in a timely fashion. Shawn went above and beyond a few times at the property, in order to get me information that would be relative to the deal.I closed on that same property, and Shawn made sure the process went smoothly, and really made the process proceed in the manner that I wanted. I'm thankful that Shawn happened to be the random contact that I made at that foreclosed house, because he turned out to be a great realtor that got me the property and price that I was looking for. 10/10!

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn, was the first person to contact me from zillow he helped us pick homes that fit what we needed and in our budget. He set up appointments to look at all 4 homes we chose. Once we found the house we wanted he negotiated us a great deal and got our offer accepted. As a first time home buyer he walked me through the whole process and stayed in close contact. From getting the inspection, appraisal, and to the financing. Shawn was a great help and id certainly recomend him to anyone looking for a home.

Everything that could go wrong did and my agent didn't even care. With Shawn, he updates you in a timely manner always returns your phone calls right away and is there to help answer any question or concern you may have. ZillowVERIFIED When I returned to Pennsylvania after retiring, I decided purchasing was more frugal than renting, as I had done in Florida.Shawn was introduced to me by my sister, and I quickly learned how informed and aggressive Shawn was in helping me locate a home. My search was a little unorthodox, in as much as I would find homes while traveling the area and suggestions from both my sister and brother-in-law would send our search through several different communities. Shawn never wavered a moment and we were off looking at homes, and after several weeks a house was found to satisfy my wants and needs. From this point it was all Shawn, doing the required legal filings and finally closing on my house in less time than I thought possible. Having rated Shawn highest in each category could bring about the impression that thought wasn't given to this review, but that is far from the case. Although no one is absolutely perfect, thinking back to my professional dealings with Shawn, there is nothing that I wish he would have done differently. Shawn is gracious, courteous and polite. He dealt with my many questions patiently and responded quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the local sales and finance market, and was quick to secure information that he didn't know or have readily available. I was thoroughly impressed by his negotiation skills, working diligently with my interests in mind, and although the sale of my house didn't take place as originally planned, I will absolutely intend to call on Shawn again in the future when his expertise and services are needed.
