The Danley's Made Our Home Buying Experience AWESOME! We gave the Danley's a list of criteria including things would consider and those we would not. They prepared a list of homes for us to visit that fit our criteria and some that were outside it. It's been a very long time since we went home shopping. We asked the Danley's for opinions and advice. They were honest and in a couple instances strongly discouraged us from homes that would pose too much work and money to improve. I was still out-of-state on the east coast when they began working with me and both delivered excellent service from the start. Both are very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the local area and were able to give me a ton of good-to-know information about each neighborhood we looked at to help me make this important decision. And, probably most important to me, they both listened to my input. I never felt like they were just going through the motions to close a deal. Shawn and Tiffany were so pleasant to work with. They patiently toured us around on short notice from one side of town to the other (occasionally through the snow!) and found us a perfect property. The follow-through was excellent, fixing our issues before we knew they were there! They were able to suggest a couple of contractors (well, boundary) who were just as pleasant and professional. All-around a great experience and we highly recommend them. We feel like they have become friends and we can hang out with them any day!
