ZillowVERIFIED A few years ago I was working on the coast and needing a home in Tulare County, I called a cop in Tulare city who referred me to Shawn, saying they would use him and trusted his judgement. I called, told Shawn what I needed and before long I purchased a home. Easy to get in touch with all of the time, worked around my schedule on weekends & nts, didnt let me buy a house in a shady area, knew the community like the back of his hand, and we never felt pressured. He is laid back, relaxed and actually listens, not all about the commission. When I needed to sell the house and buy a home in the country a few years later, I again used Shawn for the sale and new purchase, he hadnt changed, still did a great job on the recent 2nd purchase.
