My team & I will work hard for you from the minute you say GO. I have a team of 3 people, besides myself, I have 2 buyers agents & an assistant. You would work with me primarily thru the listing & selling phase. The only time you would interact with the buyers agents is if they have a buyer match for your home. We separate ourselves from our competition in the fact that we pull out all of the stops when it comes to marketing your home & getting you top dollar for the sale. We utilize every piece of agent technology in the business to market your home and spend our money doing so. That is why if we don't sell your home, we say its Buchan Sold-Or Its on the House, we will never charge you more than a selling commission to sell your home. We also negotiate every home while keeping our seller and their wants/needs in mind. We work with you to set those expectations from the beginning.
