ZillowVERIFIEDChantale is amazing! She's very responsive and was dedicated to help find our dream home! She made the process easy and stress free! Throughout the process she ensured that we were updated and made sure that we understood the process as this is our first home. She also gave great advice and ensured that we didn't stress about the process as we all know that this process can be extremely stressful. Chantale will definitely be our go to person if we decide to purchase another home, and I recommend anyone in the miami/broward area to work with her. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

ZillowVERIFIED Chantale is by far the best realtor I've come across during this whole house hunting experience. I'm a first time homebuyer and I can definitely say that this current market was very competitive, to the point we were about to give up. After two realtors and multiple offers declined, we came across Chantale and she was so ambitious and has great energy. Literally within one week of meeting her, we were finally able to get an offer accepted due to her going the extra mile to seal the deal!!! But that didn't stop there, she continuously communicated with us and gave us updates throughout the closing process. Trust me, she is the one. Thank you so much for helping us through this experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend using Rey Sanchez to find your next home! He was very tentative to my family's needs when finding properties for me to review. He never pressured me into anything until I knew I had the perfect place. In fact he probably stopped me from jumping into something I might regret. Super helpful and super kind man! Five star all around!

ZillowVERIFIED So let me start off by saying that I'm not the most easiest person to satisfy. I had a deal that fell through with a previous realtor and was really hesitant on putting my house back on the market. After speaking to Shawn and Jacomo they assured me he could sell my property if I just gave them a chance. Shawn was never too busy to take my calls and always returned my calls in a timely fashion if he was not available when I called. No questions were too trivial for him to respond to. Shawn and his Remax team were able to make a deal with the original sellers of the property I had wanted to purchase which is really remarkable. I am truly happy with the outcome and highly recommend Shawn and Team if you are looking for a highly skilled realtor to sell/buy property.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was very professional from beginning to end. The ease of the sale was almost shocking. He is just that good. We needed some advice on how to show the condo. Shawn had a few simple techniques that made the place look great. His photographer was awesome and just a genuinely nice person. It felt like family was taking care of us.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn Bhakta worked very closely with us dating from before we began renovations on the property. He provided us with numerous comparables, which was a great help in deciding on the right listing price. Shawn found us a buyer within a month, and his portion of the entire process was smooth and painless. He also proved himself to be a source of great advice, stemming from his years of experience. The man knows what he's talking about, and it was clear that we were dealing with an expert broker. We would not hesitate to highly recommend him to any friends or relatives looking to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn't get any better, Chanty you are gold, thank you for making everything so smooth and easy to understand, My experience; During my process of purchasing a property she was well aware of what I was looking for and pitched my way properties that were ppossible fit my needs, she was engaged with me at all times and she sat down beforehand and went over things very clear from A to Z, any time I had a concern she would answer immediately or as soon as possible, I'm very pleased She was able to negotiate a more reasonable offer than what I had in mind And always making sure that the seller was keeping up with their deadlines and responses to our concerns. Staying on of everything, being patient and giving me honest opinions and points of view during the property walk throughs, even after the moving process she checked on me. Thank you
