ZillowVERIFIEDFirst let me say, I've worked in real estate and my mother AND grandmother have worked in real estate for many many years, so I know what I'm talking about when I say, Shavonn is an AMAZING REALTOR!! I seriously cannot say enough good things about her.This is the second time my fiance has worked with Shavonn on the buying side, and the first time both of us have worked with her on the buying and selling side. To say we had a whirlwind of a buying experience is really an understatement. We found a house we wanted to purchase much quicker than we thought we would, which meant we had to sell our current house ASAP. Within a couple days, we had a solid contingency offer for both our house (to sell) and the new house (for purchase). On top of it all, the buyers for our house, also had a contingency on their current house! You would think between the three contingencies and short time span (oh did I tell you, we also went on a week-long vacation in Mexico during this!!) it would have been a nightmare of a process, but for the most part everything went as smoothly as possible and had very few hiccups along the way. The couple issues we did have during the process (and even after), she was always right on top of it and things got resolved quickly. Shavonn's professionalism is balanced with an honest, next-door vibe that makes you feel like not only does she know her stuff, she also truly cares (which is really hard to find these days). Shavonn has also been in the biz for long enough now that she has many helpful connections, whether its for service-related things, staging, financial lending, etc. I would recommend Shavonn and her team a million times over.
