About Shaunna Overman

Shaunna Overman is the Lead Agent of The Overman Group, a real estate sales team brokerage. Her team covers North Carolina from the coast to the mountains. Shaunna is a lifelong resident of North Carolina, and enjoys helping clients in the area she knows and loves. Shaunna is committed to helping her clients fully understand the real estate process. A background in marketing built her passion for cutting edge real estate marketing for her property listings. Shaunna is passionate about serving her clients and assisting them on their home buying or selling journey. From selling homes with a lifetime of memories to share, or selecting options in new construction, she is fascinated by the lives we live in the homes we love.
