Shaunell was extremely easy to work with. She was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. Checked in frequently to make sure I was still on track. When I had questions she either knew the answer, or found out the answer for me in a timely manner, without me having to constantly re-ask or remind her.During the house search process she was very open about her availability and therefore was no surprises. When I would have some houses she let me know "I have another appointment starting at X", if she had one. She keeps her clients at a manageable level which was really helpful when I needed assistance, or wanted to see houses. A previous realtor I tried working with was very clearly to busy for me, and it made even putting in an offer on a house difficult due to lack of responses, but I never had this issue with Shaun.
