Shauna is amazing. We first met her when she rented us our first place when we moved to Massachusetts. Then when we were house hunting for our first place with a different agent we were struggling, until Shauna reached out out of the blue asking if we were interested in a house she had coming up on the market that she thought would be a good fit for us- we ended up buying it and loving it. Then we used her to sell our place a few years later and find a new home, and she was awesome every step of the way. She sold our house in a few days, and helped us buy a house that wasn't even on the market. Even with hiccups along the way, Shauna was always there making sure everything was going according to plan. You can't find a better realtor!

Shauna is an exceptional real estate agent. We bought during an overwhelming sellers market characterized by fast-paced sales, high demand, and final sale prices that went well over asking. As first time home buyers, she was very reassuring and clear at explaining the whole process. She is smart, knows how to price homes in a challenging market, and knows what to be leery of in a house. She has a keen eye to spot potential faults. We joked about how she always runs to the basement (her favorite place) to check all the aEURoegutsaEUR? first. She does her due diligence to protect her clients interests, and fully appreciates the immense trust placed in her.The real feat she accomplished was negotiating the sale on our beautiful future house despite being significantly outbid by a competing offer. She knew how to pull strings and make the offer look more appealing to the seller. She troubleshot our way through this sale (that included a delayed closing with an uncertain timeframe on the sellers side) by coming up with many clever contingency plans to insure we could get in the house in a timely fashion that also was in our best interest. She looked out for us 100% of the time and we are glad we had her on our side of the table.Lastly, Shauna is responsive to texts at all hours of the day, has a good sense of humor, is upbeat and maintains a positive attitude. Yet, she doesnt let emotion cloud her judgment and remains realistic and honest with feedback. We would recommend her in a heartbeat.
