Shaun was excellent from day one. He helped us stay up to date on the process of putting our house up for sale to the day it was sold. Being first time home owners and sellers at that, we went into the process not having a whole lot of knowledge of what goes on. He was there to guide us and overall was amazing. He listed and sold our house in less than 2 months! Would highly recommend him for your future home selling/buying needs! He made the process less stressful, which is a blessing!

Shaun was very helpful and flexible during our search for a home.With only 10 days to work with he found us an affordable home in a beautiful neighborhood.He did ALL of the leg work made phone calls and even spent his weekends searching and scheduling viewings for us.Shaun had a answer for every concern I had and if he didn't have the answer immediately he got the information requested.I would highly recommend him over and over.Thanks again Shaun!

I had a limited amount of time to look at property in the area. Shawn asked me several questions about what I was looking for in the way of a home. In a short amount of time, he researched properties that fit my requirements. He shared the information about numerous properties and made suggestions for other properties that I might want to considered. Recommending Shaun is very easy as on all counts Shaun responded to everything that we requested. In our case it was quite a lot. We are in Michigan and making our decisions was almost fully dependent on Shaun's ability to answer many questions we had and also the amount of pictures that he took before and after the sale of our house.Even after purchasing our home, Shaun continued to make himself available for additional requests with contacts needed to maintain our home. Again we are in Michigan so this was invaluable. Thanks to Shaun we were able to make Insurance contacts, pool and yard maintenance contacts. What would have taken us hours of calling around and not really knowing if we made the right decisions. This with Shaun's help was made easily and we are very confident with these decisions.Lastly, Shaun has stated that if anything additional is needed that we can contact him and he is willing to help in any way he can. Now that's full service, over and beyond what we could have asked for.
