ZillowVERIFIED This lady here is the TRUTH!!!! I have not one bad thing to say about her. She was truly God sent. I began working with Shartay during the summer of 2019. Between July 2019 and October 2019, I contracted 2 different homes at 2 different times and elected to terminate both contracts due to unforeseen circumstances. While going through a tough time in my life Shartay never waivered away from being supportive, patient and understanding. In that moment I felt as though I had made a true friend. She spoke to me and treated me as a friend and not as a client. Shartay NEVER pressured me into looking for a home while I was dealing with my own crisis, however she was quick to periodically check on me and to see if I needed anything. She always reassured me that she was there for me and to let her know if I needed anything. Fast forward to December 2020. With the help and support of Shartay I finally closed on a home. During the process of leading up to closing I ran into an issue that was beyond my control. Shartay gave me her word that she would pull in resources to assist with this issue. She kept her word. Without her professionalism, knowledge and patience I would not have closed on my home and there is no other way to express that. Shartay has a kind and loving spirit. She will work hard with you and for you. Words can't express how grateful I am for all that she did for me. When it came to selecting a buyer we went with her recommendation since she had worked with the person before and came so highly recommended. when it came to the house inspection, there was no negotiations made, it was recommended that we open our wallets and pay for this because it is a good deal. to reflect after the fact, i would think we could pick an choose what we wanted to address and if the buyer didnt like that we move to the next offer since we have 7-9 offers but instead

My agent was Shartay Simpson and her help in finding us a home, and service throughout the whole process was phenomenal. We were moving from Illinois to Texas and it was difficult to view the homes. Shartay went out of her way to make videos of homes we wanted to see and had them available the next day. Her knowledge and experience in her field made our transition a positive one. Her suggestions were spot on and helped us save money during our closing because she was able to negotiate the concessions we wanted and prices we could afford to get the home we wanted. When we had questions, she was there, and sometimes our questions were definitely past business hours, but she was always available or quick to respond to our messages. A few times when things seemed like it was never going to happen, she was there with positive words of encouragement, and was able to explain in detail the things we didn't understand about the real estate process. In the end I don't feel like we were sold a home, but more like we developed a business and personal relationship with someone who looked out for our best interest. I would recommend Shartay Simpson to anyone looking to purchase a home, and am glad she was there for us.

I had a lot of must haves with a very competitive price range being that at the time of purchase was a sellers market. However my Relator Shartay Simpson was very patient with me and really had my best interest. She was very positive at all times and did not give up on finding my perfect starter home. She was very knowledgable about the market and all of the areas that I was searching for a home. She is the best and I couldn't have asked for a better Relator. ZillowVERIFIED I had Shartay as my real estate agent. She was very nice and polite and always willing to answer my questions what ever time of day. I think she needs more time to become an effective real estate agent. My gripes:1. She at first wanted me to pay over the seller's asking price.2. Didn't think it was necessary to ask the seller to have their house professionally cleaned.3. Most of all- The water heater was deemed out of life and should be replaced. Shartay stated with the home warranty it would be taken care of with little cost to me. The home warranty only warrantied it for $150.00. I had to come up with $800.00 more dollars. She was late three out of four meetings between us. Over all, Shartay is a very nice person. I think she will be one of the better agents given more time and experience.

First, let me just say that I am picky and I usually have a million questions about everything. Shartay was heaven sent! She was patient and always professional. She answered all of my many questions and even answered some questions that I didn't know that I had. She found the PERFECT house for me! She is VERY knowledgeable about all things real estate!
