She helped me every step of the way and was very informative and quick to respond to any inquiries that I had. It didn't matter how little or small of a detail, she was willing to fight on my behalf to ensure that I was taken care of as her client. For example, after the home inspection, the seller agreed to fix the issues outlined from the inspection. However the seller's realtor dropped the ball and never arranged for any of the repairs. After learning this a week from closing, Sharonda was able to ensure that the repairs were made and that the lawn's grass were cut.I would recommend Sharonda to anyone in a heart beat. We were very nervous about the process since we have never sold a house and no longer lived in the state of NC (the entire process was completed over phone and email). Sharonda was super professional, and very knowledgeable about the area and market trends. Most importantly, she was very patient with us, answered all of our questions quickly and gave us expert advice on how to prepare our home for selling and she expertly presented our home for a great selling experience. ZillowVERIFIED I asked Ms. Bey to sell my 4 homes. I am from California and would not be able to travel to deal with this issue. My homes were difficult to sell homes Sharonda worked hard to find investors to buy the homes. She sold each one individually and worked hard to get the best price in the market. Selling 4 homes individually to different people is a lot of work physically and paperwork but Sharonda stayed on top of everything promptly and always kept me informed. Sharonda is great at communicating and returning my calls. I had never seen these homes but I totally trusted her expertise and judgement on the best way to handle issues that popped up. Sharonda not only sold my homes, she gave my life a sense of financial stability and freedom. I expressed to her the burden these homes were causing to my life and health and she understood and felt the anguish I had. Thank you Sharonda, my life would not be back on recovery and restart had you not removed that big obstacle for me. I am grateful you stuck it out with me, especially on that last house.
