When I first met Art Westendorf I was impressed by his professional, yet gentle demeanor. His soft spoken, non-pushy approach, made him readily likeable and in fact my entire family took to him. In stark contrast to his laid back approach is the fact that he is very proactive when it comes to doing what it takes to get a deal or offer put together, even if it's at midnight! (ask me how I know) Art is truly compassionate and attentive to his clients' wish list. He really cares about getting you the home that suits your family's needs. He works tirelessly to get you the right fit for your requirements and your budget. It should be noted that the prospective client gets a two for one deal here, because Art is part of a very synergistic duo. For example, once when there was a mixup with keys (because I was rushing Art to meet us at a home on a moments notice), equally pleasant wife Sharon was running the keys over to us while Art was showing the outside of the house and giving us the details. How could you beat that!? The team of Art and Sharon Westendorf are truly a breath of fresh air in the real estate arena. You owe it to yourself and your family to seek out these two professionals.
