ZillowVERIFIEDSharon was quick to respond when a listing I liked showed up on the profile she created for me. She was knowledgeable about the various systems in the house to inspect. I found a great home within about a month of working with Sharon and she made the deal work for less than I expected to pay given the crazy market we are in right now. Great experience overall.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon is a first-class agent! She is professional, savvy, energetic, and caring. Over the years, I've purchased several homes, and each time I like to explore multiple properties in order to access the market and obtain a clear sense of what's available at various price points. My most recent house hunt with Sharon was no exception. Sharon took me to see multiple properties before I made my purchase. Throughout the process she was quick in responding to my requests for showings and would meet me at each property with a smile coupled with a sincere and inquisitive quest to help me find the property that made me feel at home. Despite numerous showings, Sharon remained patient and supportive and was never pushy. Ultimately, I was able to develop a clear sense of what I wanted so when "the one" came along, I was able to move quickly and submit a strong and competitive offer, which was accepted despite the rigors of a hot market. Such a successful outcome was in no small part due to Sharon's tenacity, integrity, and willingness to serve from start to finish. As a very satisfied client, I recommend Sharon without reservation and with great enthusiasm!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold property all over the world. Sharon is, by far, the most impressive agent I have worked with. She was patient, attentive, and consistently provided wise counsel. Most importantly, Sharon was available. Whenever I called, she answered. The value of this cannot be understated. Sharon has my highest personal and professional endorsement.

ZillowVERIFIED I want to share my experience with Sharon Szostak recently. We talked about the market sale for the house that would be best at the time and how to stage my house for best viewing and all went well. The house got sold within 3 weeks being on the market perfect timing. She answered all my questions and concerns. I am very thankful to have used Sharon service and if I had to sale my house again I would use her service again. Thanks Sharon Szostak!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon did an excellent job in selling my home. She was very attentive and dedicated to the sale of my home. Sharon used social media to get the word out about the sale. She was dedicated to come on the open house dates herself. She provided paper information sheets on the features of my home. I will definitely use her services again when I purchase my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon is amazing. I have bought 5 homes over the years and wish I had found her sooner. She is truly with you every step. Shes responsive, negotiates well, and makes great recommendations. She helped me close on a great house in a difficult situation. And she sold my current home in a fraction of the time others in my neighborhood sold!

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon did a great job. In my process of purchasing a house there was not much negotiation to be had so thats the only reason its not 5 stars. One thing that I found extremely awesome about Sharon was that she pretty much answered the phone anytime and was almost 100% reachable. Also If I found something I liked, chances of seeing it within the next 2 days were extremely high.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon is the best in the business and knows how to find the perfect home that a buyer is looking for. I gave Sharon a brief list of what I was looking for in a house and withing a month or two (which is relatively quick for making this big of a decision) she set up a viewing on a house that met all the criteria I provided. I just moved in yesterday and could not be happier. I will refer all of my friends to Sharon because of her professionalism, knowledge, attitude, and work ethic.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon was very responsive and helpful throughout the home buying experience. The process for negotiating the details of the home inspection and closing date wasn't typical, but Sharon stayed persistent with the seller's agent to work through a negotiation. She treated me like she indicated she would, that she was working for me and had my best interests in mind throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Sharon Szostak to purchase a condo in Columbia, MD. Throughout the process of finding and viewing properties Sharon was very responsive and knowledgeable, and she was very thorough and efficient in dealing with the seller's agent through the process of our making an offer, finalizing the contract and going to settlement on the property that we purchased. In all, we really enjoyed working with Sharon, and highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon was very helpful to us. She made many good suggestions that I would not have thought of, both in the house and also on the outside. She worked very hard to make sure every detail was taken care of. She answered all of our questions, and there were many, without hesitating. She sold our home in one day! Throughout the process she was very hands on, always having our best interests in mind. Sharon is an excellent negotiator and did her homework to price our home right. She kept us informed and was quick to respond to our calls. Sharon went above and beyond what we had expected. We were more than pleased to have her represent us and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time buyers on a strict budget, Sharon was a great agent match for myself and my husband. She was patient with us as we asked question after question and ran around looking at hundreds of houses. However, Sharon particularly excels in the negotiation aspect of buying a house, which she clearly enjoys. She got us a great deal despite having to work with a very difficult seller agent who did not seem to know what she was doing. Thanks Sharon!

ZillowVERIFIED Sharon demonstrated great patience with my family as we looked for our home. We continually requested to see houses and she was always recommending houses as well. Sharon was willing to show us all the houses to us and work around our schedule. When we finally decided on a home, Sharon worked relentlessly with the seller, the sellers agent and us. All parties were difficult and she worked with all of us to come to an agreement and complete the purchase of the home. Without Sharon we would not be in our home.
