We listed two properties, one commercial building and one (very special to us) single family house, in Robbinsville with Sharon, and she did a fantastic job at getting them both sold, and quickly. She made the process feel easy for us. She did all the heavy lifting, so to speak. She honestly worked tirelessly on both of the sales. Sharon?s knowledge of the area is evident when speaking with her. Furthermore, it?s obvious that she loves real estate and works very hard at making her clients happy. Sharon took control of every situation that arose during the sale process. She provided incredible recommendations for contractors, handymen, movers, etc. Sharon also used an amazing photographer and videographer for our listings. ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough good things about Sharon Sawka. My husband and I are a young couple, just married and were first time home-buyers. We knew nothing about purchasing a home and really depended on Sharon through the whole process. When I first started looking at homes, I wasnt even sure if we were ready to buy yet, and from from speaking with many realtors I felt very pressured by them, whereas Sharon made me feel very comfortable and I never once felt pressure from her to rush into something. She looked with us for 3 months, only for us to decide we wanted to wait a little bit longer to purchase, and again she was completely understanding and told us to give her a call when we were ready. Come Spring 2016, we were finally ready and obviously called Sharon to be our realtor. She was not only our realtor... I also felt that she gave us valuable advice on a personal level and even looked out for me as a mother would. I really appreciated this since normally I would be doing this process with my own mother, who passed away 2 years ago. I could tell that she really cared about the home we ended up in, she was never out to just get a sale from us. There were even times when she probably could have convinced me to buy a house that I really shouldnt have, but instead she encouraged me to wait until the perfect home and not to settle. I thank her for that now!!! We just purchased our dream home and couldnt be happier. The sellers were very difficult and made the process complicated, but she was there every step of the way for guidance and support.
