ZillowVERIFIEDI work with over a hundred Real Estate Agents in my field of expertise and Sharon ranks right up at the top! I have watched her interact and take care of all her clients through out the past several years at level that few agents even come close. She is very personable and detailed at what she does.I highly recommend her services.

Sharon, Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the hard work you put in on our behalf to help us find our second home in Sun City West Retirement Community. We have dreamed of the day that we might be able to have a home in a warm sunny climate, thanks to you and all of your hard work that day has come. We thank you for all your hard work your professionalism but most of all for your friendship.
ZillowVERIFIEDThe process of selling a house is always stressful. Sharon Rowlson took a lot of that stress away from us. She worked so hard, going above and beyond her usual duties. Sharon kept us up to date with the other compatible listings in our area. She put together a great MLS listing. Sharon arranged for beautiful photos to be taken of our house, a handyman to take care of the little things that had to be fixed and even a cleaning lady to clean the house after we had left. The official paper work was done without any problems and always carried out in a precise and efficient way. We would highly recommend Sharon Rowlson. She is a competent, helpful, efficient, happy person who led us through the selling process with no problems.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe were very happy to have Sharon Rowlson work with us to sell our home. Sharon provided us with outstanding guidance and advice about how to prepare our home for sale. She provided excellent marketing, including a beautiful portfolio of professional pictures, brochures and an appealing written description of our home. Sharon worked hard and demonstrated the required understanding of contract details, negotiation etiquette and documentation. She provided weekly reports and was always available to answer questions and address any concerns we might have had. In finalizing all the detail work involved in closing the deal and completing the contracts, Sharon was very helpful and was always on top of all closing requirements. We really appreciated her reassurance, experience and expertise throughout the entire process. She was the outstanding professional we were looking for and having her work with us made a nerve-wracking process a wonderful success! We highly recommend Sharon to anyone looking for a highly effective and reliable real estate agent. Ray & Kathy Pagaduan (November 2014)
